David Chang’s New York restaurants are modern culinary temples. I could eat at Ssam Bar at 13th and 2nd every other day for two weeks. And I pretty much did just that in October 2010.

Getting buzzed on Absinthe-tinged Margaritas while savoring Pork Jowls & Kimchi Apple was a highlight of that trip.

Don’t forget to stop by the adjacent Milk Bar. I suggest Crack Pie with Cereal Milk Ice Cream on the side.
